ADVENTURE REPORT
We had a fantastic sun shiny day for our walk from Katoomba to Dry Ridge Winery along the Six Foot Track. Just over 21km return. A full day of walking greatness. A sumptuous ploughman’s lunch with wine tasting, great conversation and lots of laughter. We cooled off from the heat under trees, in creeks and in the breezes. An awesome day 🙏.

DETAILS
A medium walk to Dry Ridge Estate Winery in the Meggalong Valley from Nellies Glen at Katoomba and back via the same route. A lovely amble with a long staircase and then onto an open fire trail. Distance of about 23km.

A relaxed lunch with wine tasting at Dry Ridge Estate Cellar, details here. Lunch and wine tasting to be purchased at your own cost.

Park & meet at the Nellies Glen car park. Park on the dirt near the gate. Click the Meetup Point button for directions. From there we’ll walk down Nellies Glen & on to the fire trail.

Bring your water, snacks for the trail, and first aid kit.

Numbers are limited to 10 persons.  NBREA will need to book a table.  Registrations close 23rd November 2024.
