DETAILS
The Great South West Walk (GSWW) is an official 260km loop walk out of the Victorian coastal town of Portland in the south west. The track meanders through bushland, rivers, limestone cliffs and a dramatic isolated coastline with pristine beaches.

You can do this adventure with a soft landing every night in comfortable accommodation. No camping and no heavy backpack.
You need to be able to walk at least 3km/hr to meet the shuttle pick up times on the track. Daily distances range between 14-24km over diverse, steep and sometimes challenging terrain. Additionally, you will have to carry a day pack with your water, lunch, snacks, first aid kit and wet weather gear, plus your trekking poles.
We are going late Winter/early Spring so it will be cold.
Dates are 26-Aug-24 to 10- Sep-24. 16 days duration. This includes 14 hiking days plus travel days to and from Portland, Victoria.
