Past adventure.
ADVENTURE REPORT
Fourteen enthusiastic adventurers took on the Six Foot Track. Ten left from Jenolan Caves Cottages and walked east, and four left from Megalong Rd and walked west. After conquering kilometers of fire trails, bush tracks, creeks, hills, fields, slippery gravel, a swing bridge, and basking in amazing views and peaceful tracks, we all converged on the Eco Lodge to share our stories of wallabies, butterflies, black cockatoos, past adventures, first aid remedies, and a few tall tales. Kangaroo and vegetarian stews and beverages were shared for dinner, and then marshmallows toasted around the campfire. An early night was had by all, but a slightly damper one for the 2 campers. The next day we all walked out together towards Katoomba, some leaving at Megalong Rd, and a core of 10 continuing on and going up Nellies Glen and onto Katoomba. A catchup drink & meal afterwards was full of infectious laughter and airdrop sharing. (Who was Hahaha?).
